I have Windows Vista and when I opened up my Final Draft program the other
day, I found that I could not adjust the ruler more than 3 inches.  I opened
up the Wordpad program and also found the same thing.  On the Microsoft Works
program it is normal though.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both
programs but nothing has changed.  Has anyone dealt with these or similar
problems before?  Are there any suggestions or solutions?  I have tried
customer service but they weren't of much help.
