Internet Explorer has stopped working!

After upgrading to Vista 32x on my Packard Bell 2770 I'm unable to use IE7 as
I get the above error message. I am able to access it as an administrator!
The details of the error are as follows:

I would bet that you have Goto Software's "Vade Retro" on your system.  Why?
It seems to be buggy: what happens if you remove it or ask their technical
support to help you fix this crash?
