I have labelflash technology pre-installed on my new Gateway computer. I
couldn't find any "labelflash" discs and someone at a computer store said
that Lightscribe discs work just as well. I went to the cyberlink labelprint
site, copied the songs I wanted to a disc, turned the disc over and tried to
print the label but my computer keeps asking me to put in a disc. Any
suggestions?
Thank you.

Your computer must have a Lightscribe optical drive. Since Lightscribe was
developed by HP, it is usually installed in HP and Compaq computers.
Labelflash™ (By Yamaha and Fujifile) uses an optical drive's laser beam to
burn images onto the label side of a disc. Create finely detailed, and clear
label designs using Labelflash™ discs. (*Requires a Labelflash™-compliant
drive)

The two technologies are not compatible - you cannot use a Lightscribe disc
in a Labelflash drive and vice versa.

I have labelflash and am having problems putting a picture on my custom
label. I keep getting an error message that it can't be opened or it's
the wrong type. But, it is a valid jpeg photo. I'm very confused and
am wasting a lot of time trying to figure this out.
Help!!!
