when ı turn on my labtop ı see 'system configuration data read error' press
f1 to contınue press f2 to enter setup' what does it mean? I made a recovery
but still continue the problem.can you help me?? what can I do?

You have a hardware problem. The message is appearing before your operating
system (Vista) is even loaded. Contact the laptop mftr.'s tech support for
repair.

The error is in your BIOS, not Vista.
