Hi there.
Pleeeeease could someone help me? The D Drive has been playing DVD disks
fine. The company who put the video onto MPEG 2 Disk has sent me two more
disks - having tested them in different machines and quality-tested them. But
when I put any of these disks in the D Drive of my computer, and click "open"
or "Explore", I get a message saying "Please insert disk"!!

I've updated the driver. I've updated the Firmware. I've restarted my
computer.... any other suggestions please?

Thanks v much in advance
