When shutting down the computer, I must go through the shut down procedure
twice before the computer turns off.  There is only one user/administrator.
On booting up, there is only one choice of user. How can I correct that?

ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS ? of course, if you have never installed that
memory optimizer this not it.

Try simply desinstalling the last program installed.

There is nothing sure, you have to find what is the cause of this
issue.

Maybe you followed that tip ?

Another one found that using Last Known Good Configuration Boot Option
(F8 when starting) was the trick.

Goog luck !
