I get to the Windows XP Newsgroup page, click New/Question, then just get looped right back to the same page; I do not get the page where I can type in my new post. As i know, you have no Connect button. True ? Use the https: Try to make a new message. Then you would see the identification process. If Internet Explorer says it cannot give the page (something like this) clic back. You should then see the welcome ... And be able to make an answer.
