I have Windows Xp home edition. I have tried to reload and keep getting a 711 message. Does anyone know where I go to turn on the dial up or get it to interface with my modem? Go to Windows Update, in the left frame, select the Personalize option. At the page that appears, select the "Show link to Windows Update Catalog." Refresh the page and click OK when it asks if you wish to save changes. Click the Windows Update Catalog link in the left frame. Click "Find updates for Microsoft Windows Operating Systems."
