Connectivity problem using VPN software

I'm receiving the message: "The server could not bind to
the transport \Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{CAF5A3FB-AC3F-46B5-
A642-CF5426A49225}" when I try to start a VPN session.  
Any ideas what's going on?
