How can I totally disable the filter keys>  THEY HAVE
TAKEN OVER MY KEYBOARD>  HELP ME PLEASE>  i can"t type
anything any more>  i HATE filter keys>  THE PROGRAM
MANAGER SAYS THEY"RE TURNED OFF>  DO THEY LOOK TURNED OFF
TO YOU?  ME NEITHER>

FilterKeys will ignore brief or repeated keystrokes, or slow the repeat
rate.  Your issue seems to be with something like a permanent StickyKeys

Sally...

I am having the same problem as you...and not only
that...the mouse then acts up...anything I click on
causes everything in front of it to be selected...then it
juse goes away like now....instead of .... I get >>>> but
when I came into this forum....they turned themselves
off....if you get an answer to this...my email is
azunoman@yhaoo.com....

Control Panel> Accessbilities Option. For each keyboard feature that you do
not want to use:
* Uncheck the box next "Use <Sticky, Filter, Toggle>Keys
* Click the Settings button and uncheck the box that allows the keyboard
shortcut.
