Had to reinstall Windows XP and Works Suite 2002. Wehn trying to get into Microsoft Word - am told that we have to enter a 25 digit number found on the yellow sticker on the back of the Word jewel case. Did not receive a jewel case with yellow sticker when buying the system. Any ideas ???
