Got new computer with Win XP Pro. Unable to load software. When I hit "install software", the cd spins up, then stops, then nothing happens and the software was not installed. Sometimes the autorun program on a CD just doesn't work. When that happens, use Windows Explorer to view the contents of the CD. Look for the *.EXE file to start the installation program.
