Logging on to a Win2000 Domain from a Win XP Pro machine.

After I logon to the domain the Win XP machine stays on
the 'Applying Network Setting' box for 2-5 minutes. There
are 10 WinXP Pro clients and they randomly do this except
for one of them which consistently takes about 15 minutes
or so. This occurs even though I logon as a user or
administrator.

Is there anything I can do to prevent this delay?
