Hi All, I have recently purchased a HP Pavilion zt1180
laptop and installed the factory software Windows XP home
edition. I am facing a major problem which is that the
DVD/CD-ROM combo drive cum writer is not able to read any
of my CD's that have been written on some other writer. I
have read the note on UDF Reader given by Microsoft KB
no.326140. Accordingly have downloaded from roxio's site
the UDF Reader and installed it but stillit is not
working. Please help me out as I am not able to read any
of my CD's.

>Start/My Computer/rightclick your DVD/CD-Rom
drive/properties/Autoplay.  Select which program you want
to use.
