no log in icons

hi, windows boots ok but there is no accounts to log into
with password, just says"window xp". please help.

It sounds as though your user profiles are corrupted.  If the information in
the Knowledge Base Article allows you to gain access to the user accounts, I
suggest you backup the data files for the various users in case this article
does not resolve the issue as the next step may require a format and
reinstall:
