HI, if ur printer deleted ur Files u can try to restore
them by goin to the Safe Mode (if possible) and then
Start > Run = and type "sfc /scannow" (w/o quotes). then
insert the XP Disk as instructed andit would actually
recover all the important system files that it lost. If
this doesnt work. u hav two options. You can go for a
Repair reinstall (On top of current OS) or Full reinstall.

For a Repair.
Boot from the XP Disk by booting from the bootable WinXP
CD and then at the first screen press Enter. At next
screen press F8 to agree to License agreement. Then at
the nxt screen press "r" to start repairing. Setup
process will take about 39-45 mins. After that it should
work fine.

For a Complete Reinstall
Boot from the XP Disk by booting from the bootable WinXP
CD and then at the first screen press Enter. At next
screen press F8 to agree to License agreement. Then at
the nxt screen press Enter again and follow the
instuructions to start installing. Select the partition
with the highest Space available to install windows.
After that it should work fine.

Either ways u'll have to install all the apps that were
there.
