hi ya, i was wondering if anyone could help me? my computer wont allow me to log into hotmail or yahoo or any website which is unsecure. how can i fix it?
Check any security software you have on your system, antivirus, firewall,
etc. and make sure you are not blocking cookies, ads, popups or anything
else at those sites as doing so can prevent access to such sites.

ive tried this and it still wont work. i keep on getting a message pop up saying that my active x controls isnt right, could this be linked

Did you start by clearing the IE cache? Open Internet
Explorer, go to Tools, select Internet Options, on the General tab click
Delete Cookies, Delete Files and accept the option to delete all offline
content and Clear History.
