need a server to access USENET groups through MSN.com using OE.

If I remember correctly, the MSN service does not include usenet access.
Years ago they had a deal with netnews but it was unreliable and eventually
dropped. May want to double check anyhow and shoot your question past MSN
customer support.

I use several servers, some specialized, some general. The main one I use
is news.individual.net. They have about 30,000 newsgroups, with most if not
all microsoft.public groups, many others, but no binaries.

Get info about individual.net here: http://news.individual.net/ You will
have to ask them for a user account.
