Install it, when you run activation, use the activate by phone option when
presented with it as opposed to activate over the Internet. Note, while
activation can be done during XP setup, you may not be given the activate by
phone option at that time. If not, just cancel activation, when
installation is complete, go to Start\All Programs\Accessories\System
Tools\Activate Windows. When you call, just give them the information you
posted here, they only want to know it was removed from the other computer
and they will give you a new activation code.
