At times, I am unable to log off from one of the accounts. For example, if I have two accounts logged on, I can go to one (be it an administrator acct. or limited acct.) and log off, but I may be unable to log off of another. I recently accessed the Knowledge Base, but the only solution suggested a live update on NAV 2003. I tried this even though I have NAV 2004. The problem persited. How can I get to a point where I can log off anytime without going into Task Manager? Reuben Houston, TX Given that you found a reference to an issue with live update in the Knowledge Base, you might try disabling or temporarily removing NAV 2004 to see if you still have the problem.
