Logging Off

At times, I am unable to log off from one of the accounts.
For example, if I have two accounts logged on, I can go to
one (be it an administrator acct. or limited acct.) and
log off, but I may be unable to log off of another.

I recently accessed the Knowledge Base, but the only
solution suggested a live update on NAV 2003. I tried this
even though I have NAV 2004. The problem persited.

How can I get to a point where I can log off anytime
without going into Task Manager?

Given that you found a reference to an issue with live update in the Knowledge Base, you might try disabling or temporarily removing NAV 2004 to see if you still have the problem.  If the problem goes away when NAV is not installed, the problem is specific to the application and needs to be fixed by Symantec.
