ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THIS SETTING ON A FOLDER?  
i HAVE TRIED THE ATTRIB COMMAND WITH NO LUCK.

You can't, that's the default setting and it's owned by the system, also, it
shouldn't have any effect on your ability to use the files in the folder.
Nonetheless,  you can change the attributes of the files within a folder.
