I restored my computer using system restore and have now
lost access to my microsoft word.
It comes up to install, then asks me to put in the
product code.  I put the product code in that came with
my computer and it says it is invalid.  What do I do?
Will I have to download another version?
I am using xp home/office edition. msword 2002.
Your help is much apreciated.

Bob;
Are you using the Product Key on the sticker affixed to the
computer...Wrong one, that is for Windows.
Look for the CD package, the correct Product Key will be there.
