Cannot log on

Windows is asking for username password (XP professional)
but does not reckonize the password and therefore unable
to log on. Hoiw do I by pass this to be able to go into
the system to restore or change the password?

Type CTRL-ALT-DELTE twice at teh longon screen.
logon as administrator with a blank password..
