If you are using SP2, open Intnernet Explorer, assuming that is your
browser, go to Tools, select popup blocker and select turn off popup
blocker.  If you haven't installed XP SP2, you have either isntalled a
separate popup blocker that needs to be turned off or some application you
have installed such as a firewall or antivirus software or some other
security software you installed is blocking popups and you need to turn that
feature off, you will need to check the application options.

Hi, I have norton security and I have enable my ad blocker to block
ads, I can
still get into my yahoo email via the web and send and receive
messages. By having ad blocker on, could this stop some messages
getting thru to me???

If you mean getting to your Yahoo inbox, no.  If you are able to log in and
pick up messages, it should have no effect.
