Hi,

I noticed that, sometimes (sorry, don't have repro steps),
my "ctrl" or my "alt" or my "shift" key will adopt "sticky-
key" behavior. So, once this happens, my computer
functions as if, for example, my control-key was stuck in
the down-position. To "unstick" it, I simply need to
press "ctrl" twice.

This happens although I specifically DID NOT install the
accessibility options. Moreover, I am certain that I am
NOT doing any of the keystrokes that would enable the
sticky options (like holding down the shift key 5 seconds,
pressing alt+shift+num-lock, etc). Finally, when this
happens, I DO NOT have the "Accessibility option..."
dialog that usually pops-up when you turn on one of the
accessibility option.

I noticed this on a laptop with Win2k and on a desktop
with WinXP, so this has nothing to do with the key being
physically stuck...

I wonder if anyone else has noticed this behavior?
