I have XP Professional and multiple Users with restricted
access. Everytime another User logs on with their own
account, he/she gets a pop-up window error that
says "Access is denied" three times. Why is this? To
dismiss the window, they need to press the "Ok" button.
What can I do to prevent this pop-up window from showing
up?

Any tips/suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated.

It could be due to an application that is installed on your computer.
When a user logs on to your computer, this application starts up. Since it
does not have access to say regestry (could be files), you see access denied
error message.

Yuriy
