How can I set Time Sync Schedule for WinXP SP2?

You don't.  It does it automatically once you go on-line (the Internet).  It
should anyhow.

Okay, let's try this again...  I am on dial-up and not 'always-on'.  I'd like
to set my system to sync the time when I am most likely to be online.  I
would also like to synch daily.  My questions now are:
 1. Can this be done?
 2. How do I go about it?
Thanks again, in advance...

Not with WindowsXP.  You'll need a third party app to do this.  Do a Google
search, there may be freeware or shareware that you can download.
