I have had updates for Windows Defender at least twice a week for the fast
few weeks. I have not seen any security updates for a long time. Maybe a
couple of months. Does this seem correct. I just want to make sure that I
don't have a problem.

Microsoft releases regular security updates on the second Tuesday of each
month. If the last one you saw was before March 14, you're missing
something.
