I am trying to open an attachment in an email, but keep getting the same
error message.  It has happened to other email attachments in the past.  The
message states:

Internet Explorer cannot download ...cda754d4ecef4fa2ce540e13532ec from
65.54.250.250.

Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site.  The requested
site is either unavailable or cannot be found.  Please try again later.

what does this mean and how do I fix it.  Thank you
Glenn

Basically that means that the attachment wasn't "attached", but rather just
linked.  Just like a hyperlink on a web page, if the page/item/file that it
links to gets changed, renamed, or removed, the link will no longer work.

Also, I would use *EXTREME* caution downloading anything with a name like
that from a site that is only identified by a IP address.  That is just
dripping with malware/spyware/viruses.
