I'm kinda new at this. But the thing is I somehow messed with the
accessibility wizard thing and it messed up my computer. The minimize,
maximize, and close button on the top right courner of the page is so small
that I cant even press it. How do I change it back to the default setting?

Did you try lowering your screen resolution?

corrected it!!

I think Frank is on the right lines and would add change the screen
resolution then put it back also check you have "large" icons in the start
menu

Open the accessibilty wizard one more time and choose the default font-sizes
and settings. This should solve the problem.
