I receive the following message, and can't use the program I am attempting
to.
"Your browser's cookie functionality is turned off. Please turn it on."
How do I turn it on?
Help menus have been no "help".

Thanks, will review. It appears that when I reset to default, it is still
"sticky", working sometimes and not others. I will work through these
websites, and run some tests.

Also, do you have any third party Privacy apps (McAfee, Norton, CA, ....)?

I will check my anti-virus settings. (Panda)
