I am using a Wireless IntelliMouse Explorer 2.0,when using the scroll wheel
on large web pages, the page jumps about four lines at a time, the same thing
happens when I use the up/down arrow keys on the key board. I seem to
remember that on my old mouse set up you could set the number of lines it
would scroll, this option is not available on the wireless mouse, any help
would be appreciated.

Have you installed MS Intellipoint 5.5? after having done so, go to the MS
Mouse Control Panel and adjust the scroll rate/action..
