Red X instead of some pictures on certain websites...

I get red X's, sometimes, where pictures should be on certain websites.  This
does not affect my email pictures.  I read old posts from last year, someone
having the same problem as I am.  His issue did not seem to get resolved.  I
don't have Zone Alarm, I turn off my pop up blocker, my security is on
medium.  So, I don't know what the issue is.  It's not a big thing, but it is
bothersome because I do not know how to stop it.  

Hope someone can solve this, as I have it on 2 computers.  It's obvious that
I have the setting the same on both computers.
