When I double click on the Butterfly to log on I recieve a message C:Programs Files\MSN\MSNCorefiles\msn.exe I talked with someone in MSN/Verizon and they had me to do the following http:\\autoupdate.msn.com\fix.asp and it did not work recieved an error message Error: 1723 problem with Windows Installer. Need a DLL to continue. What shall I do to resolve this problem so I can get back to my daily routine and check all my email messages and work on my business.
