I have not been able to locate a source of IE 7 information so I'm hoping
someone here will have an answer.

I have installed IE 7 on my XP Home system and have noted something rather
odd about the way it opens links in email. When I click a link to open it or
when I right-click it and select "Open", "Open in New Tab", or "Open in new
Window" the window that the link opens in is smaller than the existing
window, not sizable and not scrollable. It is a completely stationary window
that can only be opened or closed but not navigated.

Does anyone know if this might be a settings issue or is this a deviant
behavior of the new browser?

Drew,

You will probably have better luck at answers on IE7 in the
microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general newsgroup, this is where the most
discussion on IE7 is taking place.

Good luck,
