My old version of XP has never required a log-in, as I
remember.
Now, the new version requires that I click on my name before
it will load XP Pro.
I managed to eliminate the password, but how do I eliminate
the log-in entirely?
Many thanks,

Hi
If you want to Autologon onto Windows:
Download TweakUI from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx and
when installed go to Programs>Powertoys for Windows XP>Tweak UI - then go to
Logon>Autologon

Oops! I spoke to soon. Didn't tell you that the system is
a 64-bit system...
TweakUI won't run on that.

You're welcome. I didn't have much luck using Tweak UI to do this.
