With XP HE I had problems with an old Cable modem and this has been replaced. Not sure it was cause and effect but I cannot download after the new modem has been installed. Other problems include: 1. Cannot use delete key to delete. Backspace does an erase, however. 2. Cannot print in Outlook Express or Internet Explorer. Can print from notepad, however. 3. Left mouse click will sometimes bring up the Search dialog window. Backspace does an erase: Press the “insert key” it will take care of that problem. Cannot print: Is the printer selected in those programs?
