MVP Doug Knox - Remove Common Tasks from Desktop

Please explain better what you mean by "icons to be able to be dragged
and dropped...". Icons where? If on the Desktop, right-click on an empty
area of the Desktop and in the Icons section uncheck any automatically
arrange settings. Also, look in the Display applet by going to the
Desktop tab. Click on Customize Desktop, and then click on the Web tab.
If there is a checkmark next to"Lock Desktop Items" uncheck it, Apply/OK
out.
