XP and cookie directory

I have just noticed that my cookie directory is hidden and is not hidden
on other users I have on system.

Is the a virus/trojan .....?

Is IE7 installed?
Have the other users used it?

Didn't think of this before:  Is their Cookie folder hidden when they are
logged on?  It may be that Windows is hiding the Cookie directory of the
logged on user.
