Did you change computers?
Recently, I replaced my computer and when I went to install Flight Simulator
X Deluxe it wouldn't run due to it failed the Authorization step. Called
Microsoft and after a short chat explaining my ten year old computer needed
replacing, they did something on their end and Flight Sim ran OK. It takes
heaps of memory and a fast cpu to run this puppy.

Has it been previously used??...by you....phone to activate and explain
by someone
else??......make sure he is NOT running it anymore then phone to activate
Is the person who gave/sold it to you still using it??.......you are SOL
