NotePad has been deleted

It seems that our users notepad has been delete from his PC how can i
reinstall notepad?

In control panel---add or remove--on left side click add/remove windows
components. Delete 'accessories' then reinstall accessories.

If deleted by a virus, go to microsoft site and search for notepad. It will
give instructions on how to reinstall.

Lastly, do a system restore.

In resolving your problem you may want to consider getting a better Notepad
program, Notepad+.
