I have several Word files to which access is denied. I cannot open,
move, or delete. If opening impossible, how can I delete these files?

Please help!!

Thanks

Access is Denied Error Message:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/810881

Shared folder access:
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/sdperms.htm

Also read this MS KB article about how to take ownership of files.
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=308421

There is also a utility named: Unlocker
I have not used it but it has been mentioned a number of times.
