Hi I am not able to see my usb drives or external hard drives, i once had to put a different drive letter for the drive, but can not remember or find how to do this. ie change from e drive to q thanks tim In XP, one can right click on My Computer and go to Computer Management. In here, you'll find Disk Management. That's where you can reassign drive letters. Just watch what you reassign!
