Fred Langa used to have a batch file (CleanXP.bat) that helped clean up a
computer. Is this still available? And does anybody know where it can be
downloaded?

Many thanx for any infomation.

That is a prime question for Google.

I am unsure if I would ever trust it...

You might try CCleaner instead.

As a matter of fact, I did! And Google took me to a non-existent web site.
So, I thought maybe this'd be the best place to find out about it.

Having read some of Frank Langa's columns, I wouldn't trust any
software product that he wrote or recommended.  The man is a so-called
journalist of sorts, but with no technical credentials (or experience,
judging from his writings) whatsoever.

Go to http://langa.com/ and you should be able to find it there.
