I have just opened my wife's conputer and I got the following message ' A
recently installed program has disabled the Welcome screen and Fast User
Switching and you must uninstall the program. and it gave this file name
RtlGina2,dll'  She nor I have installed any programmes.

Can anyone tell me how to get the Welcome screen and Fast User Switching
back please.

Does the computer have a Netgear WG111 USB wireless network
