Missing Clock on Taskbar

The clock is missing on my taskbar and "show the clock" is greyed out in
"Task Bar and Start Menu Properties"  How do I fix it please?

go here http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and scroll to line
134. in the right side of the line you will see a link for "Hide the Clock
in the Notification Area - Undo" Click on "Undo" and download the little reg
file. Double click to add to your registry.
