That sucks. Try again. This time - pay attention to where you save the installer... http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ Is it not installed? (Start menu --> Control Panel --> Add or Remove Programs and look through the list of installed applications to see if Quicktime is listed (or Apple Quicktime - although I am fairly certain it is not listed in that manner.) It can be a real PITA as it attempts to get you to buy the full version. You need a QuickTime compatible utility, but avoid QuickTime. It is a PITA..
