1) Please don't type ALL IN CAPS. It's perceived as shouting and often
causes your post to be ignored.

2) Your question isn't related to Windows XP at all. So (if the site
TaurArian gave a link to doesn't satisfy) try asking in a more appropriate
group than this one, eg microsoft.public.word.vba.beginners. You'll also
need to specify the version of MS Word you're working with, particularly if
it's 2007 (the others will be pretty much the same).

3) Try looking at Word's own Help system (unless you absolutely have to have
something web-based, for some reason).
