In the C:\Windows\temp folder there are some 400 files named zlt plus a number with the TMP extention. Most seem to be about one year old, but a few are newer. The size is listed as 1 kb. I opened some with Notepad, but nothing displays. Can I safely delete these files, assuming that they will allow me to delete them. I have XP home edition on a Compaq laptop. A quick Google search seems to indicate that those files are created by ZoneAlarm. http://www.google.com/search?q=zlt.tmp&rls=com.microsoft:en-us&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8 &startIndex=&startPage=1 I'd say that you can delete all of those files.
