Hi, when I plug any USB devices into my PC ( it happened with old
motherboard and this new one!) my PC makes the 'connected ok' sound but no
icon is created in 'My Computer or 'explorer' and no usb devices show under
the 'send to' list. Can anybody PLEASE help?
Thanks in anticipation.

Since you replaced the Motherboard you might have to get into the Bios
and enable USB .

Hi, bios is fully enabled and ALL USB devices are correctly described upon
bootup.
When I take my XP hd off and connect my Vista drive everything is perfect,
so bios must be ok - same bios for both.
Thanks
